We ship all international orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means we pre-pay all international import customs clearance fees, handling costs, and taxes upfront. Your package will clear customs seamlessly, and you will never be asked to pay unexpected cash-on-delivery fees or customs charges at your door.

Every single package includes full, door-to-door digital tracking. As soon as your custom jewelry box is dispatched, an automated email containing your tracking link will be sent to your inbox so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

Because our jewellery pieces are custom-branded and sent to our production queue immediately to ensure fast delivery times, orders can only be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase.
